Canada Post Service Interruption

OCH would like to notify tenants that Canada Post is experiencing a labour disruption, effective September 25, 2025. Mail and parcels will not be delivered, and no new items will be accepted. You can find more information on Canada Post’s website.

MOSAÏQ OTTAWA Phase 2

Gladstone, Rochester and Booth, Ottawa

Mosaïq Ottawa phase 2 at 820 Gladstone will cover the northern 2.7 acres of a block bounded by Gladstone, Rochester, Booth and Raymond.  It will include mid-rise residential development along Gladstone and Rochester with low-rise townhomes along Booth.

The development will include 273 new homes across five buildings:

  • 820 Gladstone Avenue: A 9-storey building with 155 homes and approximately 4,000 ft² of commercial space at grade
  • 305 Rochester Street: A 9-storey building with 86 homes, developed in partnership with PAL Ottawa
  • Three townhouse blocks: 32 homes

The design combines mid-rise buildings and townhouses to provide a mix of housing types.
